ecoTUFF TPO

ecoTUFF TPO membrane is a copolymer of polypropylene and ethylene propylene rubber that has been formed into a membrane sheet and reinforced with a heavy duty polyester scrim.

A ‘second generation' single ply product, ecoTUFF marries the advantages of previous generation materials while eliminating their limitations. The result is a roofing membrane that is faster and easier to install yet offers outstanding resistance to weathering, temperature extremes, ultraviolet exposure and a whole wide variety of industrial chemicals.

epiROOF® is a high quality EPDM rubber membrane used to provide waterproofing protection for a variety of roofing and exterior deck applications.

The epiROOF® system is a fully bonded rubber membrane applied over concrete, steel, fibre cement boards or construction plywood substrates. epiROOF® has been independently appraised as an Accepted Solution under E2/AS1 and as an Alternative Solution under the NZBC

epiSPAN EPDM

EPDM: The polymer EPDM, ethylene-propylene rubber, is produced through copolymerization of ethylene, propylene and diene monomer, producing a polymer madeup of saturated linear macromolecules with a paraffinic structure.

In addition to the base polymer, EPDM contains reinforcing carbon black fillers, process chemicals, antioxidants and vulcanizing agents. After mixing the ingredients into ahomogenous plastic compound, two layers of the rubber are rolled out in a calendar toform a double sheet. Vulcanization is then carried out. The long rubber molecules in the material are cross-linked through heat and pressure, creating an elastic membrane.
